What information do we collect about you?

Our primary functions are Personal Coaching, Psychometrics, Publications and Online Marketing (Selling Physical and Digital Products).

We collect information about you when you:

- initiate an enquiry via telephone or email

-  fill in a Contact form or Register for a service or product  on our website. We also collect information when you voluntarily comment on our blog posts, provide feedback and participate in competitions. Website usage information is collected using cookies.

The information we collect about you may include; your name, email address, address, phone number, IP address, location, company name, sex, age, your chosen internet browser and service provider, and device plus any information you supply voluntarily. Our Coaching and Psychometric services also require you to provide other personal information, specific to those uses only.

If you email anyone at Panorama Consulting  your email will be stored securely on our chosen email provider which is Gmail and may be shared within the Panorama Consulting team unless you have stated that the email is confidential. Why we need your data

We collect information about you to; fulfill your request e.g. if you fill out a ‘Contact’ form we use this information to contact you directly, process your order, manage your account and, if you agree, to email you about other products, services, and information we think may be of interest to you. We may use your contact information to advertise our service to you on third-party websites such as Facebook and Twitter. We may also contact you directly to follow up on the service and user experience we provide. We use your information collected from the website to personalise your repeat visits to our website. We shall pass on your personal information to third parties so that they may offer you their products and services, only by specific request and if you agree.  If Panorama Consulting is ever sold to another company your contact information will be passed on to this new party.

We will take cautionary measure to ensure we do not collect any personal data from you we do not need, in order to provide and oversee the above services to you.

How long will we store your data?

If Panorama Consulting provides any paid for services to you, we are required under UK tax law to keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 6 years after which time it will be destroyed. Your information that we use for marketing purposes will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information.

Detailed personal data (e.g your CV) when used for Coaching or support purposes will be retained for 12 months maximum. We regularly review our information and erase or anonymise personal data when we no longer need it.  You will be contacted after the initial 12 months to confirm that you agree for your personal records to be retained anonymously.  We clearly identify any personal data that we need to keep for public interest archiving, scientific or historical research, or statistical purposes.


Personal Records:

  • Manual records stored securely in locked metal filing cabinets and shredded after retention period.
  • Digital records (1) stored on Cloud services, currently Google Drive
  • Digital records (2) - When on computer as Work-in-Progress, access is password-protected.

If you have consented to receive marketing, you may opt out at a later date.
